Our Philosophy 

SLCCS' recognizes that addressing mental health is more than an individual approach between client and therapist;  it is also a community effort.  

SLCCS embark in many outreach efforts, and is presently involved in issues that affect our clients' way of living, foster strong individuals, families, and communities.

Making a difference can start by simply planting a seed of knowledge!

2019 Women's March
#Women's Rights are Human Rights

On January 19, 2019, SLCCS joined thousands of people in Los Angeles and stood in solidarity to remind our nation that women's rights are human rights!  This powerful movement does a magnificent job highlighting the inner Strength that all women posses and their Liberty to seek justice for all. 

 

Easter with the Falcons

SLCCS excitingly engaging with students, faculty, and staff at Cerritos College Community Resource Fair!  Students were able to connect with various organizations that offer opportunities in the field of care and promote career development through internships and volunteer opportunities.  

 

Unstoppable Latinos and Allies 

SLCCS proudly supporting of our immigrant population and the diversity they bring to America through Centro CHA's Citizenship Community Resource Fair.  Many attendees were able to apply for citizenship and receive various resources from their near allied agencies.
